To start with your wondaful journey with Security, in any of your Jira issue, click the โAppsโ icon under the summary, and click โSecured Attachmentsโ. Then you will be guided to โSecured Attachmentโ panelโฆ

๐ Security Levels
Choose from four security levels when uploading:
๐ Regular - Standard Jira attachment (no encryption)
๐ Encrypted - File encrypted with master key (admin-only access)
๐ข PIN Protected - File encrypted with 4-6 digit PIN (PIN required for access)
๐ PIN & Admin - PIN protected + Site Administrators can bypass PIN
๐ Attachment Management
Download: Click the download button (โฌ๏ธ/๐) next to any file
Delete: Click the delete button (๐๏ธ) - requires appropriate permissions
Search & Filter: Find files by name, size, security type, or date
View Details: See file size, upload date, uploader, and security status
๐ Getting Started
1. ๐ค Uploading Files
Click the "๐ค Upload Files" button
Select file(s) from your computer
Choose security level (default: Regular)
For PIN levels: Enter 4-6 digit PIN
Click "Upload"
โ ๏ธ Important: PINs cannot be recovered if lost!
2. โฌ๏ธ Downloading Files
Regular/Encrypted: Click โฌ๏ธ to download immediately
PIN Protected: Click ๐ โ Enter PIN โ Download
PIN & Admin:
Regular users: Click ๐ โ Enter PIN โ Download
Site Admins: Click โฌ๏ธ to download without PIN
3. ๐๏ธ Deleting Files
Your own files: Delete anytime
Others' files: Requires admin or issue edit permission
PIN files: PIN verification required before deletion
